I the undersigned am the Parent/ Guardian of the above registered ("Sailor"). In consideration of the Sailor's acceptance into the sailing program (the "Program") Little Cranberry Yacht Club (the "Club"), the undersigned, by and on behalf of himself/herself and the Sailor, and their respective heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below:

1. The sport of sailing and participation in the Program present certain inherent risks of physical harm as well as property loss. The undersigned acknowledges, accepts, and assumes these risks, and confirms that the Sailor participating in the Program voluntarily and solely at his/her own risk.

2. The undersigned hereby consents to the participation of the Sailor in the Program, including, without limitation, all daytime and nighttime regattas, clinics, and other sailing and social activities and events, both on-water and on-shore, that are part of, or related to, the Program (collectively "Events") in accordance with this agreement.

3. The undersigned further agrees that this Agreement shall apply in its entirety to the benefit of all clubs or sailing associations that host or are in the on-water or on-shore venues of Events (collectively "Host Clubs") and to the Northeast Sailing Association ("NSA"), including, without limitation their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers. This list of Host Clubs and the season schedule are available on the NSA Sailing Website. The undersigned further acknowledges that he/she has reviewed the schedule prior to executing this Agreement and agrees that changes to the schedule, including changes in venue, may be made at any time without notice to the undersigned.

4. The undersigned agrees that the Program, the Club, all Host Clubs, the NSA, and all of their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers, as well as persons acting in a volunteer capacity in the conduct of the Program or any Event ("Released Party" or collectively "Released Parties") shall not be responsible or liable for the personal injury, death, or property loss or damage suffered by the Sailor or any their party arising out of or related to the Sailor's participation in the Program or any Event, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence of a Released Party. By consenting to the participation of the Sailor in the Program, including all Events, the undersigned himself/herself and on behalf of the Sailor and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby waives all claims against the Released Parties for, and releases the Released Parties from any and all liability, including personal injury, death and property loss or damage claims arising out of the Sailor's participation in the Program, or in any event, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence of a Released Party, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. The undersigned himself/herself, and on behalf of the Sailor, and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby waives the right to sue the Released Parties for claims of any kind whatsoever, including, without limitation, all claims based on personal injury, death, or property loss or damage, arising out of or related to the Sailor's participation in the Program, or in any Event, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence of a Released Party, and hereby releases and indemnifies the Released Parties from all liability and damages of whatsoever kind arising therefrom.

6. The undersigned has read and understands the attached "Policies of the LCYC Sailing Program", has reviewed them with the Sailor, and hereby agrees that the undersigned and Sailor are bound by them.

7. The undersigned hereby gives permission for photographs and videos of the Sailor to be used in the sole discretion of the Club, all Host Clubs, and the NSA on their respective websites.
